Where do the electorate stand on this issue?&lt;br&gt;My opinion is we should elect a panel of about 100 non-paid everyday working people (NO, not politicians), who are upto the task of plugging the drain on treasury coffers! These people should be granted access to all discussions where major decisions are made in relation to government handouts.
